1. Scope of services

We provide video production services including filming, editing, animation, and related creative services.
The specific services, deliverables, timeline, and fees will be outlined in your proposal or quote.

2. Payment

A deposit may be required to start work.

The balance is due on delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may incur additional fees.

All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.

3. Revisions

Proposals include a set number of revisions. Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

4. Cancellation & rescheduling

Cancellations or changes should be communicated promptly.

Deposits are generally non-refundable.

We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Ownership & usage rights

Full ownership of the final video is transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment.

We may retain rights to raw footage, project files, and may use work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise.

6. Client responsibilities

Providing accurate information, materials, and approvals on time.

Obtaining any necessary permissions or releases for talent, locations, or music.

7. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses

Third-party platform issues (e.g., YouTube, Instagram)

Loss of data beyond reasonable control

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
